How do I
get started
using SGC?
Here are THREE ways that we see SGC being used most effectively around the world!
1. Pastor/Christian Leader Training (non-formal)
FOR: Missionaries and Ministry Leaders Who Train Pastors and Christian Leaders
SGC is an excellent resource for missionaries and ministry leaders who are training pastors and Christian leaders. Locally governed and sustained theological training programs can be launched anywhere using this curriculum. SGC offers online coaching for those who desire to begin non-formal training programs. Through approved programs, SGC also offers certificates of completion. Courses are accessed/downloaded for free and printed locally.
2. Traditional Education (formal)
FOR: Existing Bible Colleges, Institutes, Seminaries and Christian Universities
SGC courses are ready-to-use textbooks suitable for primary or supplemental curriculum for existing institutions. Institutions such as Africa Renewal University in Kenya, Shepherds College in the Philippines, and ITEE Global use the SGC curriculum in a formal education setting.
3. Small Group/Bible Study (informal)
FOR: Discipleship Groups, Sunday Schools, and Student Ministries
SGC is a great resource for the local church. Many churches use the SGC curriculum for small groups or Bible studies. Courses can be accessed for free online, and printed copies can be purchased and shipped within the U.S. All proceeds support the translation and publication of SGC courses for our brothers and sisters around the world.
