About Tim Keep

Tim Keep Sr. is the Founder and President of Shepherds Global Classroom, a ministry focused on providing free theological training resources for pastors and Christian leaders around the world.

Tim and his wife Becky pastored in the United States for five years before serving as missionaries in the Philippines for thirteen years. During that time, they were involved in training and discipling local leaders.

From 2010 to 2022, Tim served as Missions Director for Bible Methodist Missions. In 2012, he founded Shepherds Global Classroom after recognizing the need for accessible, biblically sound training for pastors who have little or no formal education.

Today, SGC curriculum is being used in over 170 countries to train leaders and support local training programs.

Tim has co-authored three books with Becky and later wrote Keep It Simple: Reflections on the Character, Habits, and Practices of Christians Who Lead.

He holds a BA in Intercultural Studies and an MA in Pastoral Theology. Tim and Becky have five children and six grandchildren.
