Why Sponsor the Vision Dinner?
SGC Vision Dinner is our largest annual gathering. In 2026, we plan to host 250-300 guests, including ministry partners, donors, and community leaders, for an evening of vision, impact, and generosity.
This event highlights the global work of Shepherds Global Classroom and celebrates the thousands of underserved pastors being trained around the world. In addition to the in-person audience, the Vision Dinner will also be live-streamed, extending the event's reach to our global network of pastors, missionaries, and supporters.
Sponsors play a vital role in making this night possible and receive significant visibility across print, digital, and live-event environments. By partnering with us, sponsors help equip Christian leaders in some of the most underserved places on earth, making your investment both highly visible and deeply meaningful.
Event Sponsor
Pre-Event Visibility (January-September 2026)
If confirmed by January 2026, the Event Sponsor will receive year-long recognition in all Vision Dinner communications, including:
- 5 printed newsletters mailed to 4,000+ contacts each, featuring sponsor logo placement
- 1 "Save the Date" mailer sent to 1,000 recipients (early-spring mailing)
- 1 "RSVP" mailer sent to 1,000 recipients (May)
- 8 Vision Dinner-related email campaigns (January-December, 3,000+ recipients each)
- At least 10 social media posts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) highlighting the Vision Dinner, including sponsor tag/logo
Event-Night Recognition (September 2026)
- Premier visibility throughout the evening
- Digital signage on all event screens
- Print placement (front or inside cover) in the event program
- Full-page feature spread with logo, mission statement, and message from sponsor leadership
- Video Feature: 1-2 minute corporate video (approved by SGC) shown near the beginning of the event
- Verbal Recognition: Introduced and thanked by the host during the main program
- Reserved Seating: Two premium tables (16 seats total) with sponsor signage and early entry
- Sponsor logo printed on Vision Dinner tote bags distributed to all event guests
- Photo Experience: A branded photo wall at the entrance featuring both the SGC Vision Dinner logo and the Event Sponsor's logo
- Livestream Recognition: Special mention and visual placement in the promotional video announcing the livestream, plus verbal thank-you during the broadcast
